THESE WORKOUTS ARE DESIGNED TO DO AT HOME
This style of workout will improve your Fitness levels, target lower body muscles, along with improving core and upper body strength. Each set of exercises can be performed at a lower or higher intensity, making it a great workout for beginners to experienced people of ALL ages.

This class will be structured to help people that want to start a exercise programme. As we get older, or 'MORE MATURE' as I like to say!, it becomes even more important to remain active if you want to stay healthy and maintain your independence.

With more than 29 years of experience in the Fitness industry I have established myself as both a Group Fitness Teacher and Personal Trainer, successfully training clients to reach their own personal goals. I am extremely passionate about Personal Fitness, Health and Well Being, and stongly believe that each individual can achieve their goals if they have access to the tools that give them the opportunity to succeed.
Over the years I have trained and taught many clients, some that just want to lose weight and increase their general fitness, and others recovering from injuries and medical conditions. Improving your Health and Fitness not only makes you feel better about yourself, but helps you to become more confident and more likely to go on and achieve greater things in all areas of your life.
Each Personal Training session is tailored to the individual client, whether it is losing weight, improving your overall Fitness, or recovering from injury or health related issues.
I can provide you with all the professional advice, support and encouragement you will need to help you reach your goal. These can be held at your home, in a local park or at the Results Happen Fitness Hub and will use a combination of Expert Advice, Body Weight exercises, Resistance & Strength training, Yoga, Pilates and Rehabilitation Exercise Programmes. As a client you also will receive advice on Diet & Nutrition and in-between sessions provided with a weekly exercise programme.
