New Moi is a Fitness, Health & Well Being Company founded by Janet Hanspal based in Copthorne, West Sussex. With more than 29 years' experience in the  Fitness industry, Janet knows only too well  how hard it can be to reach and maintain your goals, whether it is to lose weight, improve fitness or you are recovering from illness or injury.

With tailor-made plans, using Fitness classes, Personal Training, Diet and Nutritional advice, or a combination of the above, New Moi is designed to help you achieve your personal goals. You will not only receive expert advice and support, but also be able to achieve your goals in a friendly and comfortable environment.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training offers one-on-one sessions specifically designed to each individual. These can be held at your home, in a local park or at Janet's Home. Sessions will be tailor-made to help you achieve your goals, using a combination of Expert Advice, Body Weight exercises, Resistance & Strength training, 1.1 Yoga and Piyo sessions, HIIT sessions and Rehabilitation sessions tailored to meet you exact requirements to help you on your recovery journey. As a client you will also receive advice on Diet & Nutrition and in-between sessions will be provided with a weekly exercise programme and motivational support.
GROUP TRAINING
The New Moi Group Fitness Timetable offers a wide variety of fitness classes designed to provide participants with a well-rounded and complete exercise experience. Choose from Yoga to the energetic Low Impact, speciality classes such as Piyo to bring fitness into a new dimension of fun and sweat. Increase your lean body mass and muscle tone by including a Legs, Bums and Tums class in your weekly routine. Work on Strength, Muscle Tone, Core, Balance and Flexibility in the Piyo and LBT classes and improve your overall posture and functional movement. Find the right class and sign-up today!

Group Fitness Classes

The New Moi Group Fitness Timetable offers a wide variety of fitness classes designed to provide participants with a well-rounded and complete exercise experience. Choose from our specialty classes such as Vinyasa Yoga. Vinyasa Yoga serves as strength training which builds lean muscle throughout the body.It will improve your flexibility, balance, strength, and help you to learn how to stretch your muscles out and relax -- plus you'll get a cardio workout without ANY impact on your body! .Piyo will bring fitness into a new dimension of fun and sweat. Increase your lean body mass and muscle tone by including a HIIT Workout class to your weekly routine. Our certified and professional instructors will ensure that you get the most out of your resistance training exercises through emphasis on proper form, technique, and intensity. Work on Strength, Muscle Tone, Core, Balance and Flexibility in the Vinyasa Yoga, Piyo and HIIT classes and improve your overall posture and functional movement. HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

THESE WORKOUTS ARE DESIGNED TO DO AT HOME

 This style of workout will improve your Fitness levels, target lower body muscles, along with improving core and upper body strength. Each set of exercises can be performed at a lower or higher intensity, making it a great workout for beginners to experienced people of ALL ages.

LIT - LBT

This class will be structured to help people that want to start a exercise programme. As we get older, or 'MORE MATURE' as I like to say!, it becomes even more important to remain active if you want to stay healthy and maintain your independence.

With more than 29 years of experience in the Fitness industry I have established myself as both a Group Fitness Teacher and Personal Trainer, successfully training clients to reach their own personal goals. I am extremely passionate about Personal Fitness, Health and Well Being, and stongly believe that each individual can achieve their goals if they have access to the tools that give them the opportunity to succeed.

 

Over the years I have trained and taught many clients, some that just want to lose weight and increase their general fitness, and others  recovering from injuries and medical conditions. Improving your Health and Fitness not only makes you feel better about yourself, but helps you to become more confident and more likely to go on and achieve greater things in all areas of your life.

 

Each Personal Training session is tailored to the individual client, whether it is losing weight, improving your overall Fitness, or recovering from injury or health related issues.

I can provide you with all the professional advice, support and encouragement you will need to help you reach your goal. These can be held at your home, in a local park or at the Results Happen Fitness Hub and will use a combination of Expert Advice, Body Weight exercises, Resistance & Strength training, Yoga, Pilates and Rehabilitation Exercise Programmes. As a client you also will receive advice on Diet & Nutrition and in-between sessions provided with a weekly exercise programme.
